About the author:
Ørjan Nordhus Karlsson hails from the town of Bodø in Northern Norway. After officers training school, he spent several years in the Norwegian army, both in the north and the Former Republic of Macedonia on UN assignment (UNPROFOR I).He holds a master in sociology from the university of Oslo and is, among other things, an European Union Civil Protection Expert.
